Kazi Injamamul Haque
Kazi Injamamul Haque is a PhD candidate in the Human-Centered Computing research group at Utrecht University under the supervision of Zerrin Yumak and Judith Masthoff. Kazi frequently conducts his research in the university's state-of-the-art Motion Capture and Virtual Reality (MoCapVR) Lab, where he also works as a scientific programmer. He specializes in deep learning for data-driven facial animation synthesis and the perception of digital humans. Kazi previously earned his MSc (cum laude) from Delft University of Technology, following a period of university (North South University) teaching in Bangladesh. His passion lies at the intersection of video games, film, and VFX with particular focus in computer animation. In his free time, Kazi plays lead guitar for his heavy-metal band, MiNERVA.
